Senior IT Service Delivery Manager

My client is a major global bank and they are looking for first class service delivery professional to take responsible for their Western Region comprising of several EU countries outside of the UK. They are particularly interested in talking to candidates who have UK experience with business level Spanish.
Responsibilities:
• Leadership and management of the operational performance against SLAs for all Group-critical services aligned to a service grouping (e.g. Western Europe Systems).
• To own and enhance relationships with senior client stakeholders and service suppliers for service delivery and day to day service performance tracking.
• Accountable for all aspects of managing critical IT services with a high reputational impactwithin a service grouping; this will include undertaking a strategic role in the delivery of service management and improvement activities resulting in the controlled sustained improvement of specific IT services.
• Lead technical resources across organisational boundaries and at all levels and close liaison with the service performance, service operations and infrastructure functions to achieve optimum service performance

Who we're looking for
You are a degree educated achiever with a proved track record in IT Service Delivery.
Required:
• Experience of managing large/multiple IT services in a financial services company.
• Fully conversant with service management and delivery best practices (e.g. ITIL).
• Clarity of organisational awareness and understanding of how service stability can be maximised through leveraging technology and process.
• Extensive experience in service and supplier change plans.
• Extensive knowledge of analytic techniques and methods.
• Significant knowledge of business change processes, methods and tools.
• Excellent understanding of service and supplier management processes and methods.
• In depth understanding of acceptance and integration process and methods.
• Strong understanding of Project and Change Management Processes.
• Sustained evidence in knowledge of IT service infrastructure and its exploitation in both own and other organisations.
