AsAssistant Manager (Mechanical & Electrical)you will play an essential role in developing the business following a recent management restructure.
Assisting the Housing Repairs Manager youwill be responsible for managing the Mechanical & Electrical section of the housing stock.
With an excellent technical background and the ability to provide first class communication and leadership, you will have a proven track record of delivering and managing all aspects of the mechanical and electrical teams for the housing stock.
You will be able to demonstrate success in the delivery of Mechanical & Electrical works programmes and will be looking to contribute to the effective running of the business and continued delivery of a quality service to our Client's tenants.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will possess:
• A proven track record in a similar role with a first class M & E background.
• Recent relevant qualifications and a thorough understanding of the workings of the Social Housing sector.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
• The ability to manage staff and inspire teams to deliver a quality service.
• Budgetary control and financial acumen.
