In this role, as Manager, Transactions Services/Financial Advisory Services you will have the following responsibilities
• Project managing individual transactions
• Manage/ assist in the execution of capital markets transactions and various projects including due diligence exercises, valuations, preparation of client pitches and proposals etc
• Developing sector and product knowledge
• Client relationship management and service delivery
• Draft various documentation, issue papers and reports prepared for external consumption
• Ensuring engagement acceptance procedures are completed
• Active involvement in other team business development activities
• Liaising with clients on operational issues that arise
• Taking responsibility and accountability for the work and performance of others
• Reviewing the accuracy of team members' assumptions and conclusions
• Completion of work files
• Producing fee notes and WIP summaries

Who we're looking for
Manager, Transaction Services
• Appropriate professional qualification e.g. chartered accountant, CFA or MBA from a reputed institute withrelevantexperience ideally in a transaction services/corporate finance role.
Other Requirements:
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong report writing skills
• Proven experience of managing and developing junior staff
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Technically robust and culturally adaptable

Required Languages:
• English - Strong: Spoken, listening and written.

Required Skills:
• Computer Literacy especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Requires awareness of IFRS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal team working skills
• Strong leadership skills including drive and resilience and ability to motivate team members
• Demonstrate effectiveness within a team environment
• Developing client relationships
• Self-starter and strong personal effectiveness
