As Housing Repairs Manager you will play an essential role in developing the business following a recent management restructure.
Reporting to the Operational Services Manager you will be responsible for delivering repairs for the Mechanical and Electrical, Voids and Responsive Repairs section.
With an excellent technical background and the ability to provide first class communication and leadership, you will have a proven track record of delivering and managing a diverse repairs service and successfully establishing and maintaining Key Performance Targets.
With a thorough understanding of all aspects of responsive housing repairs and maintenance, including an out of hours service, you will be looking to contribute to the effective running of the business and continued delivery of a quality service to our Client's tenants.
Who we're looking for
The Ideal Housing Repairs Manager will possess:
• A proven track record in a similar role with first class responsive repairs background.
•Recent Relevant qualifications and a thorough understanding of the workings of the Social Housing sector.
•Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
• The ability to manage staff and inspire teams to deliver a quality service.
• Budgetary control and financial acumen.
