My client requires a number of First Line Managers for their prestigious contract based in the Northamptonshire area. These opportunities cover a variety of static shift patterns although a degree of flexibility will be required.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills with strong verbal and communication skills being key in this role. You should be able to motivate and inspire you're team and have a strong desire to achieve. You will have worked in fast paced and complex environments that require you to be analytical and methodical in you're approach to work.
