Due to expansion our client, a leading contractor within the Social Housing refurbishment and maintenance market, requires a Project Manager with a proven track record in this Social Housing market to oversee projects in the East Midlands. With demonstrable experience and success on Decent Homes projects over £5m you will be equally at ease liaising with both Clients, Contractors and Tenants alike.
Instrumental in the set up and day to day running of Decent Homes projects you will have had proven success in reactive maintenance, Decent Homes refurbishments and package repair works.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will possess:
• A proven track record in a similar role with one of the leading contractors in the Social Housing market
• Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
• Excellent Inter-personal and communication skills
• First class leadership and motivational ability
