As an Area manager for this blue chip retailer you will lead, motivate and develop both store and area teams. Working within the South Essex area across 16 stores you will be responsible in ensuring that world class customer service is delivered at all times. You will ensure that the companies sales culture is delivered so that targets are exceeded, with out impacting on customer service levels.

• Is excellent at building relationship both internally and externally
