Your role is one of the most important roles in the Retail Operations team as you have a major impact on the sales performance of your department. You are expected to act as a coach every day, inspiring your Sales Team in sales & service skills & you are expected to follow through to ensure that your Sales Associates are learning & performing well. Your primary objective is to drive the sales & service performance of your team.

Demonstrated ability to build effective teams & motivate employees.
Strong initiative & leadership skills.
Knowledge of effective merchandise presentation standards.
Excellent numerical & communication skills, both verbal & written.

Ability to adapt quickly & react positively to business needs & changes in strategies.
Willingness to set & maintain high standards of performance & to manage poor performance.
