This role as Food and Beverage Manager will oversee bar, restaurant and events operations as well as ordering, stocktaking and food and liquor control. This is a busy property for weddings and functions so high standards in a high volume environment is paramount. You will be responsible for training, developing and motivating the team and an essential part of the role will be to maintain and improve standards across all food and beverage outlets. As Food and Beverage Manager you will also join the management team in carrying out duty management shifts to ensure the smooth operational running of all departments within the hotel.
Who we're looking for
You will have previous experience in a similar environment- ideally a four/five star hotel environment. You will be experienced in a high volume operation and have experience in recruiting, training and maintaining your team. You will have experience in managing budgets and experience in stock control and ordering.

What's on offer
Salary is negotiable dependent on experience in the range of £25,000-£28,000 per annum plus company benefits.
