As Operations Manager in this Fashion Wholesaler in North London you will have daily communication with the Directors of the business to ensure all critical paths are maintained and that all stock is in the 'right place at the right time', meeting the requirements of the customer whilst maximising the sales and stock targets.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have to show passion to develop the business, through tough negotiation, excellent communication and international development.
Key areas areas of responsibility will include:
• acceptance, execution and loading of all new orders onto systems, including critical path
• responsible to manage the team accordingly in ensuring the garments are sealed with patterns graded within time constraints of the critical path
• ensure that manufacturing sites and service agents are given clear instruction in managing the launch requirements ensuring full and timely availability, including size and colour breakdown
• hold critical path and manage production meetings each week with all manufacturing sites, service agents, and directors
• be a customer facing representation of the brand both individually or in conjunction with the managing/operations director
• responsible to be proactive and drive all business needs
• manage and report key performance indicators of all manufacturing sites and raw material suppliers weekly, monthly and seasonally
