As Tender Cost Estimator and Bid Manager you will be responsible for managing the construction cost estimates for waste to energy schemes as well as producing the commercial revenue plan for the operation of the waste to energy scheme. You will also be responsible for leading and co-ordinating aspects of the bid along with the financing model and financial closing of the bid at investment level.
Who we're looking for
You will have a strong commercial background at investment level in the construction industry combined with excellent exposure to the waste to energy market and associated intricacies involved with it. You will have a strong understanding of the funding mechanism along with revenue structures. You will either be from a financial or commercial background and be able to build up costs and analyse sub-contract tenders for a strong commercial model.
