This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market leading Merger Integration team in a Big 4 consultancy firm.
You will assist private equity, corporate and investment banking clients in maximising value from their transactions in their Operational Due Diligence team based in London. You will be required to help clients in their understanding of the true operational capability of acquisitions and investment companies. The team works with their Corporate and Private Equity clients in the assessment of potential merger synergies, stand alone performance improvements of buy-outs or operational turnarounds for underperforming companies. Working with colleagues from Corporate Finance and other areas within the company, the team provides our clients with a coherent overview of the business operations, performance gaps and the potential for rapid improvement. Our client is looking to grow their Financial Services capability and, as such, are looking for candidates with the following experience:

Who we're looking for
Successful Candidates should have:



• Excellent experience in performance improvement or delivering an operational turnaround within a short time horizon.

• Strong commercial acumen and project management capability

• A core background in Financial Services or consulting into Financial Services

• Process Improvement skills, e.g. Lean Six Sigma or equivalent

• Senior Manager/ Board Level exposure

• Financial acumen

• Excellent academics, 2.1 degree and above or equivalent

• Strong analytical & business diagnostic skills

• Good sector knowledge

• Excellent communicator

• Flexibility for international travel
