As an Area Manager, you will oversee the company's relationship with a number of(up to 50) tenants across a mixed estate of pubs. You will be their business advisor, their accountant, their landlord and their link to the wider business. Through your influence skills you will ensure that the different tenants share best practice and maximise commercial return.

Who we're looking for
To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate:
• Distance management skills.
• Multisite management background.
• Strong influencing skills.
• Highly numerate and commercially skilled.
