As a store manager designate for this popular, established brand, you will be placed on a 6-12 month training plan for you to develop into the role, and understand your business so that you can take control of your own store. Once there you will be responsible for managing your team and driving the overall performance of the store. You will Inspire lead and develop your team, so that you will be able to exceed in a target driven environment.
