Opportunity for an assistant lawyer to joina top ranking CommercialTechnology team in a leading commercial firm.

The Commercial group specialises in advising clients, be they users or suppliers of technology and telecoms products and services, ranging from start-ups to multinationals, on a broad range of commercial contracts within these converging industry sectors. The client prides themselves on their knowledge of the technology, telecoms and communications sectors and many of their lawyers have worked in the industries.

You will join a team of 2 partners, 2 associates and 3 solicitors.

Who we're looking for
You will be expected to work with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate will have recent and continuous experience dealing with a wide range of commercial matters with an emphasis on either IT, IP, media, software, contract, or outsourcing matters.
You must have gained your experience in a dedicated technology team.
