Job Role
- Responsibility for the whole M&A advisory process
- Identifying potential transactions, deal development
- Participating in negotiations of terms of transactions
- Monitoring all stages of transactions
- Managing and developing the team
Who we're looking for
- Strong academic background, MBA will be an advantage
- Ideally to have experience in executing transactions including strong managerial experience (investment bank, investment boutique, private equity, consulting or other investment structures)
- Very good knowledge of the Polish market
- Experience in leading the international transactions will be an asset
- Experience in negotiations, modeling and evaluation
- Fluent English and Polish
- Self-starter with great communication and organizational skills
About our client
Our client is a well-known multinational consulting company. Due to its further development, they are seeking to recruit an experienced and ambitious individual for the position of the M&A Director. The successful candidate will report directly to the Partner of the company and she/he is expected to be a self-starter with a strong business approach who will lead and develop the M&A team.
