Branch Manager - Private Banking

Based in the West End of London and reporting to the CEO, the ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven private banking experience at executive management level including knowledge of property lending, credit/debit cards and international funds transfer.
• Knowledge of the emerging African markets would be an advantage.
• A full understanding of the regulatory requirements governing business practices in personal banking.
• Approved person status with the FSA would be a further advantage.
• A demonstrable presence, credibility and gravitas as the individual will be the main point of contact for high net worth clients.
• A successful track record of working in a sales target driven financial services environment, ensuring at all times the
highest standards of delivery, quality and customer service.


Who we're looking for
• Proven private banking experience at executive management level including knowledge of property lending, credit/debit cards and international funds transfer.
The individual should be motivated, passionate and readily capable of demonstrating strong people management skills in order to develop and lead the new branch team.

The successful candidate must be flexible to international travel and liaison with the parent bank, its staff and their clients.

Our client is the London based wholesale banking subsidiary of a leading financial institution within the EMEA region. As a result of rapid and sustained growth and expansion, the bank is looking for a Branch Manager to run their Private Banking entity.
