As Marketing and Communications Director you will report directly to the Chief Executive. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing and communications strategy. Yourrole and thecompany is be based in the East Midlands.
You will have full control of the marketing team and annual budget. You will play a instrumental and key role in this company and will be heavily involved in the publicity of special events and films. You will also communicate and negotiate with the media contacts and organisations.
In the Entertainment industry you will be involved in gaining sponsorship, and be a key member of the executive team. You will raise the profile of the organisation, build audiences and develop sales.
Who we're looking for
As a Marketing and Communications Director in the Entertainment industry, you will:
• Have a strong, creative and strategic marketing background
• A understanding of films, or a passion for movies
• Be able to adapt to the speed of company activities
• Be self motivated and committed
• Have lead a team in a corporate business to business environment
• Have strong Dm and communication skills

Our client is a small but expanding company. Our client encompasses all aspects of film from Hollywood mainstream to European independent through to grass routes talent.
What's on offer
£40,000 - £45,000 or neg depending on experience
