As BSF Bid Director you will be responsible for leading the investment bid activity for this major investor in public sector infrastructure. You will be responsible for all client relationship activity along with co-ordinating the design & build, FM and ICT offerings as well as ensuring the equity provision and debt structuring fits the bid model. You will have responsibility for creating and delivering a winning bid model and ensuring the success of the BSF bid from inception, through preferred bidder into financial close and mobilisation.

Who we're looking for
You will be from a construction investment background and have had previous experience of leading successful BSF bids.
