The company is seeking exceptional Business Managers to take leading roles as the on-site leaders of the airport sites. Reporting to the Operations Director, responsibilities will include:
• Day to day management of all operational and administrative issues
• Leadership and guidance to substantial operational staff at all levels
• Management of annual budgeting and cost control
• Extensive liaison with on-site customers and representatives
• Ensuring that service standards are agreed and met by the team

Who we're looking for
Potential candidates will be natural leaders of large teams and have the ability to work in a results driven, customer facing environment. We are keen to hear from individuals who have enjoyed successful previous general management/operational careers and although knowledge of the sector would be an advantage, it is not essential for a role that will look to maximise the leadership skills of the individual
