This individual will lead in the creation, development, deployment and end-to-end management of one/ more key propositions as set out in the 2009 Marketing Plan
This person will be the font of knowledge for their proposition(s) understanding the competitor environment and develop acquisition, in-life and retention plans to meet 2009 QPB targets.

Who we're looking for
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate examples of: -
• Proven strong marketing ability - a least 5 years marketing, preferably in a fast moving industry
• Strong proposition development knowledge
• End-to-end marketing
• Pricing, preferably in the Telecoms sector
• Expert in identifying the needs of a target markets and interpreting these into winning propositions
• Innovative and has the ability to identify new opportunities, in a crowded competitive marketplace

• Good commercial acumen, with the ability to have financial debates
• Diplomatic - ability to negotiate, influence and compromise
• Highly motivated ambitious individual who is performance and results driven
• Excellent communicator who is able to win support and commitment at all levels.
• Leadership ability to drive and motivate a cross-functional teams
