Project Planner

Rail Construction

Birmingham

Permanent ⁄ £40000 - £50000

The project planning role will involve working on a number of property projects within the rail sector covering various schemes including station re-furbishment, new build projects commercial property based within network rail premises, with a portfolio of works worth nearly £1 billion over the next 5 years. You will be involved with initial tendering, through to project delivery and final close out covering all aspects of complex multi-disciplinary projects and as such will be tasked with introducing robust planning models.

Who we're looking for
With previous project planning experience from a main contractor background you will be fully converse with the use of Primavera P3e, having worked on complex multi-disciplinary projects you will be aware of the complexities involved with the interface phases of such projects. Previous experience from a build/property background is essential with previous rail experience being highly desirable.
