As SPV General Manager you will initially have responsibility for the effective equity and programme management of the construction and operation of a £40m public sector leisure facility before taking on responsibility for a major PPP urban regeneration project. Your duties will also include developing contact within local government and authorities to develop new business opportunity for PFI and PPP investments across the Essex, East London and upcoming regeneration work in the Thames Gateway area.

Who we're looking for
You will have a successful track record of managing a portfolio of SPV's in both the construction and operation phases. You will have worked across multiple sectors including education, healthcare, emergency services, judicial, waste, social housing and more. You will be adept at seeking out new opportunity and developing contacts into viable business leads, then delivering these opportunities with the support of a central PFI bid team. Due to the local knowledge and networking required for the role, it is highly likely that you will be from the Essex area.
