Our client is looking to recruit into their growing insolvency / corporate recovery team. This is an opportunity to join our clients growing team based in Leeds. You will be part of a market leading team, working with exceptional people and with access to an excellent support network to springboard your career.
You will be working on high profile assignments with some of the best in the Corporate Recovery field. You will be exposed to a wide variety of projects within a highly commercial, client focussed environment, carrying out a mix of work between both advisory and insolvency. This is a truly exciting time for the Corporate Recovery team and will provide fantastic opportunities to rapidly develop your career on a structured path.
At this firm you will have the opportunity to:

Undertake detailed financial and commercial analysis of businesses
Manage mid-corporate receiverships and other insolvency appointments
Work on large corporate insolvencies
Investigate the causes of under-performance
Implement strategic, financial and operational restructuring of under-performing businesses
Advise and support clients in the design and implementation of solutions, including business and financial turnarounds
Undertake critical analysis of trading and cash flow forecasts, preparing security cover statements and evaluating other financial data
Evaluate different recovery options.
Who we're looking for
Successful candidates will be currently working at another firm within a corporate recovery / insolvency department and be looking to make their mark, within one of the best teams in the North. Our client will also consider candidates with restructuring / turnaround experience from working in industry & commerce.
To be considered you would ideally have:
A 2:1 degree with strong A-level results or equivalent qualifications or experience
ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification experience
CPI/JIEB or equivalent qualification
Past people-management skills
Strong commercial acumen and market awareness
The ability to build strong, effective working relationships
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise reports.
