The successful applicant will be working on a caseload that includes:

• Non-contentious insolvency
• Residential and commercial property transactions
• CDDA 1986

The successful applicant will join the Business & Public Sector Group comprising 125 fee earners.The successful applicant will primarily work with partners in the Insolvency, Litigation and Commercial Property teams.

Who we're looking for
Our client requires an insolvency specialist or an individual with a working knowledge of insolvency from a contentious background. Training and development would be given to develop skills and knowledge within insolvency.
