Legal Counsel

A brand new role with this fast growing Gaming company. They have more than doubled in size over the last year and continue to expand at a credit crunch defying rate and therefore require a further lawyer to join the current team of two. Reporting to the Head of legal you will deal with a great variety of work including IP, IT software licensing and general commercial related contracts in addition to any ad hoc issues that may arise. The work will be cross border in nature giving you exposure to European jurisdictions and legislation.

Who we're looking for
You will be a fully qualified lawyer and must have post qualificationexperience in IP, IT or new media law. Any experience with gaming or regulatory issues would be fantastic although not essential. Languages would be very useful, in particular Italian, Spanish and Portuguese.
