The role will include the following responsibilities;
• Merger Management - The candidate will be responsible for the full operational management of a merger process
• Board role - Reporting directly into the board, the candidate will be responsible for regular updates on current acquisition projects
• Stakeholder Management - Reporting all operational activities to relevant stakeholders
• Cost Management - Managing the cost base of all interim and project exercises as well as the overall
• Financial Management - The candidate needs to have a strong understanding of full company financials and balance sheet management
Who we're looking for
Our company is looking for an interim finance director with a proven track record in mergers and acquisitions within financial services.
The candidate should be comfortable operating at board level and have a thorough understanding of operational and financial process within cash processing and management

Our client is a London based financial services company focussing on fund and cash management.
