As the Company Secretary for my Client's Funds operation in Guernsey you will be responsible for managing an growing the company secretarial team on the island.Reporting to the Managing Director, it is a senior position combining risk management,company secretarial and corporate governance duties alongside managing a team and being responsible for its development and growth.

Who we're looking for
The ideal Company Secretary:
- Must be ICSA qualified.
- Have a proven track record in the CO Sec and Fund sectors.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Previous Offshore exposure desirable.
- Must have a genuine commitment to relocating to Guernsey.
