The role will involve handling a range of IP issues including Patent & IP litigation, IP securitisation, R&D licences and collaborative agreements, Domain Name disputes, Trade mark & design prosecution, I.T. Projects,Database & data protection . As an assistant you will handle your own files but also support the Partner.

Who we're looking for
You will be a Solicitor coming from a leading city or regional practice. A working knowledge of IP law is required and ideally you will come from a scientific background.
