The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for exceeding client's expectations and driving revenue for the agency. With an outstanding knowledge of Digital Media and communication strategy, you will communicate with Fifth Ring's clients through a variety of Digital mediums.You will have experienced planning, executing and reviewing SEO / SEM, PPC, affiliate, social media, viral and other digital campaigns with a creative and measurable methodology.
You will promote the client's brand and raise awareness of their product or service through effective implementation. Leading a team of digital experts and with responsibility for P&L, this is a challenging and exciting role that requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, flexibility and exceptional communication skills. You will be targeted with growing the bottom line of your department by adding further value to clients and growing the client base. Developing your team to strengthen their position as leaders within the industry, you will make the mundane exemplary and the impossible inevitable through your talent and creativity.

Who we're looking for
The successful Digital Marketing Manager will have a proven track record in Digital and new media - ideally in an Agency environment -understanding and applying current / emerging technologies to drive value for clients. Candidates who have worked with energy organisations on their digital offering would be in a strong position for consideration for this role. A natural leader, you will have outstanding internal and external communication skills to get the best from your team and resources available. With prior experience of developing and managing a team, you will also have a track record of controlling large P&L budgets / ROI model and growing revenue streams with new and existing clients. Client facing, you will have the confidence in your presentation skills and digital knowledge to add value to the most demanding clients. A natural leader, your team will look to you for inspiration and guidance so the successful candidate will have the gravitas to convince board members and develop junior members of the team. What's on offer
