A rapidly expanding family owned business, experiencing constant change, our client is looking for a highly motivated HR professional with a flexible approach. Effective HR management will be integral to delivering success through this period, providing the platform for sustainedgrowth anddevelopment.This is an exciting and challenging opportunity, requiring comprehensive generalist HR experience, an understanding of change management and excellent communication skills to establish credibility and influence at all levels. The role will provide strategic HR direction as well as requiring an operational approach.
The key areas of focus for this role will be:
• Effectively build relationships throughout the business - supporting change and organic growth
• Succession Planning, Management Development & provision of training resources
• Establish robust recruitment processes - creating consistency in approach throughout the business to support future growth
• Internal communication strategy and employee engagement.
• Advising and supporting line managers in staff development & performance management
• Providing a highly responsive supportive and advisory HR function to all departments within the business

It is key that the HR Manager complements the existing successful management team, whilst providing a true commercial and professional focus to the HR function. The successful candidate will be able to operate strategically with senior managers as well as displaying the ability to provide operational support, whilst demonstrating:
• Experience of an HR Management position - leading a team and influencing senior managers
• An understanding of an HR generalist role within small and large organisations with a thorough understanding of HR Best Practice
• A proven track record of success within a fast paced and demanding environment
• A practical and pragmatic approach, with a strong commercial focus
• Full CIPD qualification
