Over the last five years, Timberline has seen 35% year-on-year growth; new
manufacturing facilities and expansion to new sites. From a heritage in education,
they now supply a broad range of both public and private sector markets. They are
now looking to appoint a senior commercial marketer to help drive the next phase
of growth.
In this newly appointed role, you will report directly to the Managing Directors and be
responsible for all aspects of multichannel strategy. You will have strong leadership
and a proven pedigree in both project and people management, as you will be
responsible for driving the work of the commercial team, coupled with reacting
quickly to changing market conditions.
Who we're looking for
You will need
- Track record in strategic business and marketing planning
- Pedigree in executing full mix customer focussed campaigns to maximise ROI and
drive bottom line growth
- Extensive people management experience; including managing multi-site teams
- Ability to influence at all levels
- Strong can do attitude and expertise in exceeding both customer growth and
business development targets
Experience of working with or supplying to the educational markets would be
desirable but not essential
This position requires a passionate and self-motivated individual, however, more
important is the fact that you 'fit in'. Maintaining the Timberline culture is vital
and is a big part of their success.
