As the Loyalty and Retention Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of customer communications (nursery, in life and cease), the execution of loyalty programmes, retention activity and communication with customers through the online web portal.

Who we're looking for
Successful candidates will have knowledge of customer communications, customer loyalty and retention programmes, management of customer churn key performance indicators, and the management of communication through the website .
Those with backgrounds in internet based companies will be preferred.
