In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving increased awareness and usage of GlassCubes.com in a challenging market. You will be responsible for developing and managing end-to-end campaigns, utilizing every aspect of online marketing fundamentals including Pay-Per-Click, viral marketing, SEO, Social Marketing, Google Adwords and email marketing. Working to tight timescales and with limited resources, you will need to apply sound commercial principles to your marketing efforts, ensuring maximum ROI on any and all marketing activities. Additionally, you will be expected to work with the senior management team, feeding back information and learning gleaned from analysis of your marketing campaigns, and coming up with fresh and innovative ideas in the process.

Who we're looking for
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Extensive personal experience of developing and managing online marketing campaigns - will not be outsourced to agencies.
• Hands-on experience of viral marketing, Pay-Per-Click, SEO forums, and blogs.
• Email marketing experience, as well as some experience of offline marketing.
• Enthusiasm, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to take projects from start to completion with minimal supervision.
