Online Marketing Manager/Head of Online

Reporting into the Marketing Director, your role will be to drive the strategy and profitable growth of the online channel. With a strong focus on ROI this will require you to:

• Develop and deliver integrated online marketing campaigns focused on acquisition and retention
• Drive the usability and optimum performance of the company website
• Deliver the full range of online marketing activities including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, social networking and other approaches to drive quality traffic to the site.
• Provide the vision and leadership for the role of online within Castle Cover's marketing strategy.

Who we're looking for
Skilled in delivering on/offline campaigns, focused on both acquisition and retention, you will have a demonstrable track record in achieving measurable results through online marketing. Alternatively, you should have a strong background in direct marketing with exposure to online channels. Either way, with superior communication and influencing skills, your passion for online marketing will be shown through your energy and enthusiasm. You will need to demonstrate sound commercial acumen and the ability to think strategically whilst delivering consistently against targets.
