Sales Development Manager

• In-store sampling is an extremely powerful marketing tool, enabling the brand to gain direct valuable contact with consumers.
• You will manage, coach, mentor and develop BDEs to ensure excellence in service delivery and achievement of client targets through conducting performance reviews, appraisals and setting KPI's.
• You will take responsibility for the creation and delivery of the campaign sales days plan.
• A key facet of this role is the ability to manage a single, valuable account through ensuring your team maximise sales and delivery.

This is an office based role however you will be required to attend supplier meetings and briefings as required.

Who we're looking for
• The ideal candidate will be working in a man management role within a media or a branded consumables sector.
• You will thrive on delivering results through a successful team of business development executives; you will be recognised for your excellent coaching, motivating & mentoring skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
• You must be able to demonstrate the skills and evidence results in Business Development, problem solving, management of change, project management, effective delegation and motivating teams to high performance.
