In this newly created, high profile role, you will work within the reward team to manage a variety of projects and processes in all areas of employee reward. You will build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders across this global organisation, understand business priorities and design appropriate solutions.
Who we're looking for
A Senior Reward specialist, you will have driven change and have significant experience of partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver innovative and commercially focused reward solutions throughout a global matrix organisation. To succeed you'll need to demonstrate strong technical reward skills coupled with Generalist HR experience, a talent for project management and the tenacity to deliver.
