As Customer Strategy Manager it will be your responsibility to conceive, develop and implement a cross channel loyalty plan aimed at reducing churn and maximising the commercial value of each customer.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate for this position will have a proven track of success with driving loyalty programmes across multiple channels. You will be highly analytical and posses the ability to develop and implement strategy across multi functional teams. You must also have line management experience.
