Who we're looking for
Your role as a passionate Regional HR Manager is key to our future success. You'll coach, develop and advise our regional MD's and Patraos (Restaurant Managers, to everyone else) to get the best out of their teams, building excellent business partnerships along the way. Everything from performance management systems to succession planning, legal compliance to recruitment plans, salary management to employee communications - they all come under your wing.
All to help the restaurants in your area deliver our business plan and, as importantly, to promote Nando's as an employer of choice. Naturally, this will involve working closely with your Regional Recruiter and Regional L&D Manager to help them achieve their best - for themselves, for us and for our Nandocas.
