The Radman House Group has an immediate need for a permanent Finance Director to head up their established and well run finance function in Banbury. As the Finance Director you will become an integral member of the board and will be pivotal in representing finance, especially when dealing with the companies investors. As the Finance Director you will be responsible for a finance team of five, including Qualified and Part Qualified accountants. Alongside the day to day accounting, this is a genuine opportunity for the Finance Director role to be scoped and developed in accordance with your own visions and ideas as well as the needs of the business. It is essential that the successful applicant has the drive, ambition and capability to move into the Managing Directors role within two years.

Who we're looking for
For this Finance Director role, we're looking for a Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or overseas equivalent candidate. You must be intelligent, hard working and have a proven track record as a successful Finance Director. This small but rapidly growing business requires an individual who is hands-on, results-orientated and who can fit into a work-hard, play-hard culture. It is essential that you are a solid, reliable, competent accountant with a good sense of humour.

What's on offer
£75,000-£80,000 plus an attractive benefits package in keeping with the seniority of the position.
