UK Sales Head

Part of the wider LG group, LG CNS India (which stands for 'Consulting and Solutions') are a leading provider of global IT services.
LG CNS India are now in the position to recruit a sales manager based in the UK to cover the UK and European client base. The Primary focus of the role will be to lead business expansion through both client acquisition and management of several existing key clients.

Responsibilities:

• Managing account revenues between $7-10 Million USD by Individual contribution
• Responsible for sales initiatives across UK/Europe for LG CNS India
• Expansion of Market base and Business growth of Geography
• Company's management representation to existing and new clientele
• Reporting and accurate forecasting to President of the company based in Bangalore
• Formulating and executing growth strategy across sectors like manufacturing, PSUs, Government sector & private sector units.
• If appropriate, devising and expanding channel partner relationships
• Virtual management of international bid teams and lead generation team
• Company's representative and participation in local industry conferences, seminars and other Business promotion and allied activities in order to position and enhance brand position as a premium sought after s/w services vendor.
• Business Development in existing and unexplored markets to grow the business

Who we're looking for
You will be Selling IT services in various Industry verticals like BFSI/ Healthcare/ Retail/ manufacturing and Public sectors and Solutions in ERP/MDM/CRM.
You will ideally be educated to MBA level.
Candidates will need to display a mix of "hunter" and "farmer" traits whilst demonstrating a successful track record of developing new relationships at a senior level with blue chip clients.
Other skills required:
• Demonstrable track record of selling to BFSI/ Healthcare/ Retail/ manufacturing and Public sectors.
• Experience in Govt projects would be preferred.
• Good account /customer management skills
• Experience of managing international bid teams
• An extensive and in-depth knowledge of the UK/Europe IT Products & Services market and should possess excellent connections within the IT industry
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
