Aim: To develop and implement creative, measurable marketing strategies that will impact profit, support the brand and drive sales.
Marketing
-Present a central management point for all marketing processes, including liaison with relevant stakeholders.
-Proactively deliver a creative and ongoing annual marketing strategy.
-Manage production of all internal and external marketing materials, including posters, packaging, internal/online communication, menus, promotions, product launches, training materials etc.
-Keep abreast of market trends and incorporate, when appropriate, into the business, while maintaining brand integrity.
-Design and drive high impact marketing/promotional initiatives which are accessible to employees across the business.
-Lead measurable product marketing initiatives, both internal and external to the business, which add value to company sales results.
-Conduct market research among internal and external customers
-Collect data from customer touch points, including feedback forms, intranet feedback etc.
-Writing, editing, proof-reading, improving sales copy for websites, emails, press releases & campaigns.
-Ensure that all employees are knowledgeable and motivated about our business through effective training and support initiatives, in consultation with the training function.
-Work collaboratively with all relevant stakeholders / departments.

-Develop effective relationships with existing customer base ensuring regular service reviews are carried out.
-Consistently perform as a role model to others.
