Partnership Manager Repairs and Maintenance

The role will involve looking at current clients and their contracts for repairs and maintenance, listen to areas where they need more account management and identify potential opportunities for up selling and winning work on a local level. You will follow leads and add business improvement ideas in a client facing role. You will have an operational understanding of M& E or voids management in social housing and general repairs and maintenance within education to identify maximum contract opportunities.

Who we're looking for
You will have a background in repairs and maintenance for responsive or planned maintenance and will be immediately available.

About our client
Repairs and Maintenance service provider to universities and social housing organisations. Contacts within local authority, housing associations or other public body organisations is essential.

What's on offer
Pro Rata Salary of circa £38,000, this is a 6 month contract role.
