Reporting to the Chief Executive and forming part of the executive team you will lead the Finance, IT and Facilities functions. You will make a significant impact on the strategic direction of the organisation and look to take the 3functions output from good to great. Key duties include: Work with and advise the Chief Executive and senior management team, developing and managing the Financial and IT systems, oversee the production of high quality statutory and management information, build relationships with government departments and work closely with the HTA's Audit Committee and internal and external auditors.
In our opinion this is one of the most interesting roles available on the market.

Who we're looking for
You will be a CCAB qualified accountant with a proven track record of achievement as an FD or Director of Resources. It is also essential you have a proven skill-set in delivering high quality management information and effectively managing the stakeholder relationships that come with this. This coupled with a good understanding of IT and its strategic application and an appreciation/understanding of reporting systems and public sector governance will provide you with a distinct advantage. Finally it is vital you have a personality and approach that fits with an open, hard working and impressive working environment.
