Reporting to the Finance Director you will take operational responsibility for the running of the Finance department ensuring a first class service is delivered to the organisation. You will look to build strong relationships with all stakeholders ensuring the level of decision support and management information provided is of the highest quality. As you will be in charge of both the financial and management accounts it is important you combine a good technical awareness with strong interpersonal skills and a truly commercial mindset.

Who we're looking for
You will be a CCAB qualified accountant with a proven track record of delivery in a similar role. You will also possess strong man management skills together with a good grounding in Financial and Management accounting. It is also essential you have a good understanding of accounting processes and more importantly how they can be refined and improved. This alongside a real and obvious ambition to improve will give you the tools you need to succeed.
