My Client requires a VAT Consultant to join their established Tax Practice

The role involves:
• Maintaining and developing strong relationships with clients.
• Ensuring clients are provided with up to date information on indirect tax developments.
• Helping to advise clients on all indirect tax issues.
• Contributing to client service teams, helping ensure they function smoothly and effectively.
• Preparing all advice for manager review prior to sending to the client.
• Aiding the development of other junior members of the team and sharing knowledge more generally on VAT technical issues.

Who we're looking for
The candidate should have a proven track record with VAT gained in a professional firm, the HMRC or from working with a corporate organisation.
• A professional qualification such as ATT, CTA or ACA, would be beneficial
• The ability to deliver on projects within tight deadlines.
• The ability to develop relationships both internally and externally.
• Good interpersonal skills.
