Job Role
Reporting directly to the Head of International Technology dept. the candidate will have the following responsabilities:
- Analysing and improving raw material processing procedures to obtain semifinished and finished goods;
- Supporting the technical department with information related to different types of materials and processes;
- Cooperating in identifying plants that better fit production needs and suggest eventual improvements;
- Testing raw materials;
- Mapping final results to develop new projects;
- Supervising activities during new plants construction to guarantee the success of the project during all the steps, including raw materials analysis, parameter optimization and setting up of the laboratory;
- Supporting the creation of a system that could guarantee safety and quality, according to international standards;
- Cooperating with all other international departments of the company, with clients and authorities.
Who we're looking for
The role will demand a senior food technical professional with a track record of success and clear ideas on production process and plant management.
Specific knowledge on extruded chips production technologies is a prerequisite.
N.B.The role will initially be based in Europe but will have very significant travel abroad.
