Learning and Development Manager

Leading a team of 4 training professionals your role as Learning and Development manager will be focused on:
• Managing the learning resources including budget, headcount equipment and materials
• Working with the operational excellence team in the implementation of change based on kaizen activities
• Partnering with the Global Learning team on new interventions
• Supporting and partnering with the operations managers in relation to training needs
• Design and delivery of training at all levels

Who we're looking for
• Previous experience as a Learning and Development Manager
• Experience of delivering the full training lifecycle
• Understanding of the Distribution environment would be beneficial but not essential.
