In this role you will be responsible for all HMRC correspondence in relation to complex investment structures. You will also be dealing with ad hoc investor correspondence as well as overseeing the maintenance of documentation in respect of all structured finance deals, with a view to preparing submission packs to support the relevant tax returns. Given that you will be working as part of a team, you will also be asked to provide input into general group tax issues, as well as any addition tasks that might arise.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have strong academics and a professional accounting/ tax qualification. You will also have the following experience:
• Personal or Corporate Tax returns
• HMRC Correspondence
• Evidence of ability to manage varied workload with minimal supervision
• To be solution and problem solving orientated
• Team player and have the ability to thrive in a fast moving environment
• Regulatory / FSA experience<BR>• Financial Services experience / background
