This is a national role covering the UK, reporting into the European HR Director.
You will be a senior HR Professional and have operated in a complex blue chip business, you will have excellent business partnering skills and be of graduate calibre.
The role will be a strategic role with a firm focus on all generalist aspects of HR.
The critical objectives are:
To support the Regional Director to deliver strategic HR initiatives, for example, succession planning, annual salary reviews and employee forums.
To support the retail leadership teams in understanding and maintaining employee engagement through pro-active approaches and effective resolution of employee relations matters.
To deliver and support leadership training training and development.
You will have preferably operated at HR Director level previously and will be immediately available.
